Okinawa-born artist Orie blends creativity, family life, and a deep love of skating, surfing, and the outdoors while building meaningful connections in her community.
Cocoro
Cocoro began dancing at six—later performing as a backup dancer and pro basketball cheerleader—fell in love with skate culture abroad, co-founded an ice cream shop in Okinawa, and now lives by following what she loves.
Minami
Nature-loving surfer and skater who discovered GRLSWIRL while living in the U.S., and now runs an ice cream shop with her sister while riding waves and boards every day.
Sarah
Okinawa-born Sarah began skating at 10 and now surfskates by the sea, runs a café infused with her creative eye, and thrives in community, family life, and time spent skating or creating.

A collective of communities around the globe whose main purpose is to gather & provide a welcoming space for all who feel called to join like-minded folks on a journey of friendship and skate! All skate skill levels and all board types are welcome to join a group skate. Group skates are free for all who carry the GRLSWIRL spirit!
